Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
All USA & International orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of product ordered and final destination.
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in US Dollar currency.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8-4pm. All orders placed before 10am (PST) on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am (PST) will be dispatched the next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves The Bumbag Co. warehouse.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a new range launching, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times
DELIVERY TIMES
USPS is our provider and works extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
All parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in Carlsbad, CA 92011. To get an ETA on your parcel we recommend you use the USPS postage calculator, which can be found here.
WITHIN USA
All standard shipments will be shipped using either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your parcel.
All express shipments will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Express. Please allow 1-2 working days to receive your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL
All standard international shipments will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail International. Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel once dispatched.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so that you can track the delivery of your goods. USPS First Class Mail International does not have a Signature on Delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure.
Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately, The Bumbag Co. cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
WHOLESALE
Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of product ordered and final destination. All wholesale orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your parcel.
All wholesale orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, USPS will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
